Job Summary:

The Company Driver will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services to the Executives. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and excellent driving skills. The driver will ensure timely and secure transportation for the executive, manage vehicle maintenance, and perform other related duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Transportation Services:

  2. Safely transport the Executives to various destinations, including meetings, events, and appointments.

  3. Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals.

  4. Assist with loading and unloading luggage, documents, and other items as needed.

  5. Vehicle Maintenance:

  6. Regularly inspect the vehicle to ensure it is in excellent working condition.

  7. Schedule and perform routine maintenance, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.

  8. Keep the vehicle clean and presentable at all times.

  9. Administrative Duties:

  10. Maintain accurate records of travel, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents.

  11. Manage vehicle-related expenses and submit reports as required.

  12. Ensure all necessary documentation, such as insurance and registration, is up to date.

  13. Professionalism and Discretion:

  14. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in all matters.

  15. Exhibit professional behavior and appearance at all times.

  16. Communicate effectively and courteously with the Executive, as well as other staff members.

  17. Safety and Compliance:

  18. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.

  19. Ensure the safety of the Executive by practicing defensive driving techniques.
  20. Stay informed about current road conditions, weather, and potential hazards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: High/college school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional driving experience, preferably with executive-level transportation.

  • Licenses: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

  • Excellent driving skills and knowledge of local routes.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
  • Ability to travel long distances and stay overnight if necessary.
