Linked Helpers is looking for a proactive and creative Social Media & Executive Assistant
to join our growing team.
This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage both social media engagement and administrative support tasks effectively.
Starting Salary:
PHP 25,000 (Probationary Period – 6 months)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, engage and schedule social media postings across multiple platforms
- Create content for social media platforms and email newsletters
- Design and edit marketing graphics using Canva and Adobe tools
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks and provide back-office support
- Assist managers with coordination, reporting, and task tracking
Qualifications:
- At least 1–2 years of experience in social media management and admin support
- Strong graphic design skills (Canva & Adobe Suite required)
- Experience working with managers or executives is a plus
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
