Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Motorized Salesman to promote and sell our range of coffee and snack products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing customer relationships, ensuring product availability, and increasing sales through regular field visits using a motorcycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively sell and promote coffee products to existing and prospective clients within assigned areas.
• Drive and operate a motorcycle safely to deliver products and meet clients.
• Conduct regular visits to retail outlets, sari-sari stores, cafés, and other sales points.
• Take orders, deliver products, and collect payments as necessary.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• College Graduate / Fresh Graduates are welcome
• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG or beverage/coffee products.
• Holder of a valid driver's license
• Physically fit and comfortable with field work and long hours on the road.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with local routes and areas is an advantage.

Work Conditions:

• Field-based; requires daily travel using a company or personal motorcycle.
• May require occasional weekend or holiday work, depending on market needs.

Pay: Php695.00 per day + 410 daily allowance
