Field Collector

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit borrowers to collect due or overdue payments on loans and other credit accounts.
• Conduct field investigations to locate delinquent clients and verify addresses/contact details.
• Educate and remind clients about their obligations, payment schedules, and possible consequences of non-payment.
• Negotiate payment arrangements or settlements in line with company policies.
• Issue official receipts for payments collected in the field.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly collection reports to the Collection Supervisor/Manager.
• Recommend accounts for legal action or repossession if necessary.
• Coordinate with the office for updates on account status and instructions for field collection.
• Safeguard all collected money and ensure timely remittance to the company's cashier or authorized personnel.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with lending regulations during all transactions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, vocational, or college level in business-related courses.
• Preferably with experience in collections, sales, or fieldwork.
• Knowledge of lending practices and debt collection laws is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations.
• Physically fit and willing to travel extensively.
• Holder of a valid driver's license and motorcycle (advantage for mobility).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
