About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate/Cashier/Stockman to join our team at Robinsons in Montalban Town Center. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling sales transactions, and ensuring the store's products are well-stocked and presented to our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering any questions and helping them find the products they need
  • Operate the cash register efficiently, accurately processing sales transactions and handling cash and card payments
  • Restock and replenish store shelves, ensuring products are neatly displayed and organised
  • Maintain a clean and tidy store environment, helping to keep the store looking presentable for customers
  • Provide excellent customer service, going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations
  • Collaborate with the wider store team to support the smooth running of the store

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, ideally within the Retail & Consumer Products industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately, especially when handling cash and card transactions
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • A positive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude
