JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Coordinates with the collection team regarding the outstanding balance of members based on the handled branches.
  • Coordinates with the handled branches about errors in POS Integration.
  • Prepares monthly E-sales report of Main-Petron, Aqua Care, Layer Farm-Balanga & Layer Farm-San Jose and other newly opened branches.
  • Reconciles monthly output tax of Main-Petron, Aqua Care, Layer Farm-Balanga & Layer Farm-San Jose and other newly opened branches.
  • To submit BOD Aging Report one day after reconciliation of Accounts Receivable.
  • To check the outstanding balance of withdrawn member based on the handled branches.
  • To act as a reliever for Billing and Collection Team if need arises.
  • Takes full responsibility for all equipment and materials entrusted by the cooperative.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Management, Financial Management or any four-year Business Course.
  • Capable of handling collection accounts.
  • Knows how to drive a motorcycle and with a valid driver's license.
  • With excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • With attention to details and capable of handling confidential information.
  • Team player, trustworthy and can work under pressure.
