Responsibilities:

  • Perform mechanical, hydraulic, and installation (or PIPs), troubleshooting and repair heavy equipment machines.
  • Perform inspection, diagnosis, and/or health checks to customers nationwide.
  • Conduct operator trainings and commissioning on new sold to customers.
  • Prepare field service reports and provide recommended parts and maintenance to customers.
  • Accomplish all required reports and documentation including field service reports, work time sheets, productivity reports, etc.
  • Attend necessary service trainings as prescribed by the company to improve technical competencies and capabilities.
  • Proper use and upkeep of assigned company assets such as mobile phone, laptop, service tools, company vehicle, etc.
  • Observe, implement, and comply strict safety policies and procedures in both company and customer premises.
  • Any other adhoc job assigned by management or immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Must have basic English oral and written communication skills, computer literate, able to read and interpret technical diagrams, can drive.
  • Able to work overtime as required.
  • Extensive domestic travelling may be required.
