King Emerald Collection Services is a debt collection agency specializing in debt recovery, credit management, sales, and customer service support for financial institutions and telecommunications clients. The company operates with a small but dynamic workforce of approximately 11–50 employees and maintains operations in the Philippines, with a branch located in Pasig City, Metro Manila.

Our headquarters is based in India, enabling us to support a broader international network. A significant portion of our clients are Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs), and our services are focused on providing reliable, efficient assistance tailored to their financial needs.

The Team Leader is responsible for guiding, instructing, monitoring performance, and motivating their team to achieve collection targets and maintain compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' professional experience in collections, customer service, sales, or any related industry.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven ability in leading, coaching, motivating, and managing team performance.
  • Knowledge of Regulatory and Compliance Standards relevant to banking and financial services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills with the ability to handle diverse customer interactions.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Team Management

  • Lead and supervise a team of 2–5 bank representatives to achieve both individual and team collection targets.
  • Set clear goals and expectations aligned with organizational objectives and collection goals.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review daily, weekly, and monthly production, performance metrics, strategies, and progress toward targets.

2. Collaboration & Delegation

  • Promote a collaborative, accountable team environment.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to ensure efficiency, balanced workloads, and smooth operations.

3. Performance & Strategy

  • Motivate and coach team members to consistently meet or exceed collection objectives.
  • Monitor team performance, analyze results, and implement strategies to improve effectiveness and productivity.
  • Manage and validate the daily production report, ensuring accuracy, timely submission, and alignment with team performance goals.

4. Mentorship & Coaching

  • Provide continuous coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback to enhance team productivity and professional development.
  • Support skill enhancement through training, guidance, and performance improvement initiatives.

5. Conflict & Issue Management

  • Address and resolve escalated customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Manage internal team conflicts to maintain a positive, respectful, and productive work environment.
