Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines BINA'S AUTO SPPLY INC. Full time ₱150,000 - ₱250,000 per year

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Pick-up of stocks from suppliers or returns from customers.

  2. Ensures that quantity, quality and physical condition of picked-up stocks are correct based on PO.

  3. Assist in discharging stocks from Truck upon arrival at the warehouse.

  4. Transfers merchandise from warehouse to warehouse.

  5. Checks and prepare route sequencing of merchandise to be delivered.

  6. Assist in loading of merchandise to Truck.

  7. Sends pre-alert to customers prior delivery.

  8. Communicate to head office for any potential problem

  9. Safe keep and maintain good condition of vehicle assigned.

  10. Shuttling of company personnel for official business purposes.

  11. Do other tasks as maybe assigned by the immediate Head.

SCOPE AND ACCOUNTABILITY:

  1. Route sequencing

  2. Merchandise loading to Truck

  3. Fulfillment delivery

  4. Pick-up at Supplier

ADMINISTRATIVE:

  1. Communication

  2. Cleaning/washing of Trucks

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. College level (undergrad) Highschool with more than 1 year experience on the same field

  2. Basic computer literacy

  3. Knowledgeable on Automotive spare parts and warehouse operations

  4. Keen to details

  5. Good interpersonal relationship

  6. Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision

  7. With high sense of responsibility and accountability
