Core Responsibilities:
1.Hardware/Software Troubleshooting & Repair:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair iOS devices (iPhones, iPads) and Mac systems (MacBooks, iMacs, Mac Minis), including hardware components such as screens, motherboards, and peripherals.
Resolve software issues related to macOS and iOS.
Customer Support & Communication:
Provide remote or on-site technical support to clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Document service requests and updates in our system for accountability.
Preventive Maintenance & Compliance:
Perform routine system checks and data backups.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve complex issues.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
