  • Tests and verifies incoming raw materials, finished goods production batches and returned products against quality standards/specifications.
  • Responsible in communicating required adjustments to production.
  • Files inspection/ testing quality records (i.e Incoming Raw Materials and Products Quality Inspection Report Card) of incoming raw materials and production batches.
  • Informs the Superior for any issues during testing exercises; likewise, ensures necessary steps are taken so that the next batch of production is free from defects.
  • Ensures accuracy on the generated raw materials and product test results based on the TIIC Standard Inspection Method.
  • Keeps abreast on the latest news and regulations related to quality control.
  • Conducts quality inspection of residual materials collected from drum containers prior to production use.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 2 years Associate Graduate
  • With 1-year or more experience as Laboratory Assistant in a Chemical Manufacturing Company
  • Willing to be assigned in Kawit, Cavite and Tanza
