RFB CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION' is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Company Nurse to join our team in Butuan City, Agusan del Norte. As our Company Nurse, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the health and safety of our employees, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and contributing to the overall wellbeing of our workforce. What you'll be doing

  1. Providing first-aid and emergency medical care to employees on-site
  2. Monitoring and maintaining compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  3. Conducting regular health assessments and screenings for employees
  4. Implementing and overseeing occupational health and safety programs
  5. Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to employee health and safety
  6. Collaborating with management to identify and address potential health and safety risks
  7. Coordinating with external medical providers and authorities as needed
  8. Promoting a culture of health and safety within the organisation

What we're looking for

  1. Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the Philippines
  2. Minimum of 1 year experience as a Company Nurse or in a similar role within the construction industry
  3. Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and best practices
  4. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills to effectively address health and safety concerns
  5. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and communicate effectively at all levels
  6. Proficiency in record-keeping and data management
  7. Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
