About the role

As a Call Center Agent for the Online ASE Exam, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients seeking to register and complete their automotive service excellence (ASE) certification exams. This full-time role is located in Quezon City, Metro Manila and offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering incoming calls from customers inquiring about the ASE exam registration and testing process
  2. Providing clear and accurate information to customers about exam requirements, scheduling, and logistics
  3. Assisting customers with the online exam registration and payment process
  4. Troubleshooting any technical issues that customers may encounter during the online exam experience
  5. Escalating complex customer inquiries to senior team members as needed
  6. Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions
  7. Adhering to all company policies and procedures to ensure a positive customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address customer inquiries
  4. Proficient in using computer systems and online platforms to access customer information and manage interactions
  5. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a positive attitude
  6. Familiarity with the automotive industry and ASE certification process is preferred but not required
