JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma. Completion of an HVAC training program or apprenticeship is preferred (TESDA/NC11)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including electrical components, heating and cooling units, ventilation, and refrigeration.
- Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various HVAC systems.
- Proficient in using hand tools, diagnostic tools, and power equipment.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and explain service needs.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and work in challenging environments.
- Ability to work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and lift heavy things.
- Comfort working in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures.
