What You'll Do:
  • Collaborate Creatively: Work closely with UX designers, product owners, and developers to ensure that every piece of content aligns with the overall user experience and product vision.
  • Craft Impactful Text: Write clear, concise, and engaging text for web applications used by millions of people across the globe, making complex ideas easy to understand.
  • Write in US English: Develop original copy that speaks directly to users, enhancing their journey and guiding them through our applications.
  • Support Global Communication: Collaborate with translators across 10+ languages, providing context and insights to help them accurately convey the intended message in different cultures.
  • Iterate and Improve: Continuously refine and enhance content based on user feedback and usability testing, ensuring that our messaging remains relevant and effective.
  • Champion User-Centric Content: Advocate for the user by ensuring that all written content is intuitive, accessible, and aligned with user needs and expectations.
  • Present with Purpose: Share your content strategies and writing proposals with stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind your choices and how they enhance the user experience.
What We're Looking For:
  • Phenomenal Writing Skills: Exceptional writing abilities in US English, demonstrated through a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Experience in Software Development: Proven experience working on software development projects, understanding the nuances of creating content in a tech-driven environment.
  • User-Centric Mindset: A passion for understanding user needs and translating them into effective content that enhances the overall experience.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring that all content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt your writing style to different audiences and contexts, ensuring clarity and engagement.
