GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

The position requires a strong technical proficiency in software development and project management.

  • Provide ongoing troubleshooting, maintenance, support and enhancements in existing systems and platforms.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance group, data analysts, business users, project managers and other engineers to achieve optimal solutions.
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Develop information systems by designing, developing, and implementing software solutions.
  • Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development and proposed solutions.
  • Develop software solutions by studying information / user needs, conferring with users, and studying system flow, data usage and work processes.
  • Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, and code comments.
  • Executing full life-cycle software development
  • Write well written, fully documents and testable code.
  • Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility.
  • Develop software in Java or other programming languages with excellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL and other technologies.
  • Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback.
  • Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization.
  • Recommend improvements to existing software programs as deemed necessary.
  • Conduct training and roadshows across CBPS organization.
  • Liaison with Corporate Office CBPS Finance Department.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in software development and process automation
  • Service industry in a BPO environment and/or international US based entity a plus
  • Can work on a Night-shift schedule in a Hybrid Environment
  • Developer certification in UiPath a plus
  • Proven ability in best practices for RPA design standards
  • End-to-end development of business processes using RPA tools with the ability to develop onto Windows, mainframe, web-based browsers, etc.
  • Able to implement automation process solutions in accordance with standard automation tool design principles
  • Ability to identify and establish the technical implementation requirements in process design automation
  • Proficient in requirements gathering and process mapping
  • Prior work experience in designing process workflow, building, testing and implementing RPA solutions ensuring top quality
  • Skill with staging and deploying the automation solution from testing to live production stages and post production support
