This position exists to support the Service Department thereby ensuring the attainment and fulfillment of the LausGroup corporate mission and vision.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepares and ensures timely submission of the following Aftersales monitoring reports such as Dealer Service Performance Report (DSPR), LGC Daily Operating Control Report, Free PMS Subsidy Promo, etc.
  • Monitors and ensures that all existing forms and office supplies used by the Service Department are within the minimum requirements.
  • Ensures proper safekeeping and maintenance of service & parts equipment.
  • Attends to personal/phone-in inquiries regarding the status of the vehicle.
  • Files and retrieves records and correspondences.
  • Keeps sensitive materials confidential when requested.
  • Acts as a reliever of Customer Relations Management Staff.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or its equivalent.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and the use of Internet.
  • Must be customer-oriented.
  • Has an average oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles; office operations and standards.
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and evaluate facts and information.
  • Holder of a non-professional driver's license is preferred but not required.
