Appointment Setter

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced appointment setter who will develop and execute outreach strategies through various channels, including email, social media, and cold calling. You will craft compelling messaging to initiate conversations with leads and establish interest in the company's products or services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective business customers to generate appointments for vacation rentals
• Generate leads to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Follow call scripts and sales processes to ensure consistency and effectiveness
• Provide exceptional customer experience and handle objections or inquires in a professional and courteous manner
• Document all call information accurately and thoroughly in the designated CRM system

Qualifications:

• Experience in Outbound Sales (B2C)
• Mid-level experience as Appointment Setter
• Experience in using manual/auto dialer
• Experience in using any CRM
• Excellent communication skills

Working Conditions:

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, Night Shift (US Hours)
• Work arrangement: Office (Ortigas)
