Job Description
- Supports the IT Department to ensure all IT related matters are resolved and attended to
- Assists with all IT related technical support issues
- Determines the nature of the problem, diagnose hardware or software issues, communication facilities and provides effective assistance
- Install new software applications and train employees on proper application use
- Responding to IT support requests
- Offering solutions that meet the needs of the company
- Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems
- Preferably with background in photo and video editing
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Job Type: Full-time
