Warehouse Personnel

Education: High school graduate or completed a 2-year course

Work Experience: At least six (6) month of proven experience as a Warehouse Personnel.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Computer Literate : Microsoft Word and Excel.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure that the Materials to be receive are Accurate.
• Ensure the accurate Issuance of Materials including,Quality,Quantity,and Time.
• Secure signature from the Requestor/Recipient upon issuance of item's to validate that the items are received and taken out from the warehouse.
• Maintain detailed up to date records and logs specifying receipts and distribution of construction materials to different projects.
• Conducting periodic Physical count. And report any discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor for proper handling.
• Assist in the development of warehouse storage space management including 5's ( Safety, Security, Sanitation, Space planning, Storage location).
• Ensure Warehouse Area and its Surroundings neat and Organize and ensures that workplace's health and safety requirements are met.
• Make sure storage/Receiving area is properly prepped and ready to take in inventory, prior to ordering.
