Store Supervisor

He/she must have strong leadership skills and ensure compliance to top management directives. The Store Supervisor must be able to work long hours and work shifting schedules which may include work during holidays.

• Plans and executes all sales promotions effectively and efficiently
• Promotes and practices safe work habits, reporting potential safety hazards, operational inconsistencies and team member incidents to the concerned departments
• Sets objectives that challenge and engage Team Members to work as a Team
• Provides guidance and sets an example for team members by ensuring all systems and policies are complied with
• Confronts unethical behavior and acts on deviations to standards and indiscretions appropriately and in a timely manner
• Provides coaching and develops Team Members for the next level
• Ensures every guest has a positive customer experience at all times
• Responds proactively to prevent and resolve customer service situations
• Responsible for ensuring all issues and breakdowns are resolved within an acceptable time frame
• Assesses and makes sure that the store has adequate staffing to provide efficient, friendly and superior service
• Plots Team Member rosters appropriately and in a timely manner
• Completes required paperwork and recommends and executes proper course of action
• Manages resources efficiently to ensure the store he/she is leading is profitable
• Works closely with the District Manager to ensure sales growth
