Techforce Group Limited is searching for a Power Platform Senior Project Manager to support transformation projects across multiple industries in Hong Kong. By integrating Microsoft Power Platform with Agent AI capabilities, you'll deliver smarter, faster, and more adaptive tools that drive progress and scale digital transformation.

About the Role

The Senior Project  Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the success of Power Platform and Dynamics 365 projects delivered from our nearshore centre, in close partnership with teams and stakeholders in Hong Kong. You'll lead the day-to-day execution of multiple high-impact initiatives — ensuring delivery excellence, team performance, and outstanding client outcomes.

As the central point of contact for delivery operations, you'll coordinate efforts between cross-functional teams, solution architects, and Hong Kong-based business stakeholders to transform strategy into tangible results. The role combines hands-on leadership with strategic oversight, ensuring every project runs seamlessly, meets its milestones, and aligns with defined governance, architecture, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Oversight & Execution

· Manage and coordinate multiple Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 projects of varying size and complexity.

· Oversee planning, task assignment, progress tracking, and quality assurance across delivery teams.

· Ensure teams follow defined hybrid Agile (Scrum / Kanban) practices and deliver consistently to scope and timelines.

· Monitor project health and performance using real-time dashboards and reporting tools.

Operational Governance

· Enforce delivery standards, development practices, and documentation guidelines across all projects.

· Partner with the Engagement Manager and Solution Architect to align delivery with architectural, security, and compliance standards.

· Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, quality, and code reusability.

· Oversee environment management, ALM processes, and release governance within the Power Platform ecosystem.

Team Leadership

· Lead and coach cross-functional delivery teams including developers, analysts, and testers.

· Manage resource allocation, performance reviews, and skills development within the nearshore delivery centre.

· Support onboarding and mentoring to maintain high standards and strengthen the Centre of Excellence.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

· Serve as the primary contact for project delivery status, risks, and escalations.

· Collaborate with client-side Product Owners, Project Managers, and Architects to ensure clear understanding and execution of requirements.

· Contribute to governance sessions and monthly program updates with performance metrics and action plans.

Quality & Risk Management

· Oversee testing processes with QA teams, maintaining focus on quality and efficiency.

· Identify and mitigate delivery risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution.

· Track delivery metrics such as velocity, defect rates, and automation coverage to ensure measurable success.

Required Skills & Experience

· 12+ years of experience leading large-scale Power Platform or Dynamics 365 transformation programs.

· Proven strength in Agile delivery, project coordination, and operational management.

· Hands-on understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and supporting Azure services.

· Experience managing distributed or nearshore teams for enterprise clients.

· Demonstrated ability to enforce governance, drive team performance, and deliver on-time, high-quality outcomes.
