The team you will be part of

From planning and forecasting to optimizing performance and supporting key commercial initiatives, Our Finance team is a key partner across every function. The part you will play

We are looking for a Finance Intern who will be an active contributor to our Finance team. This role will report directly to the Senior Accountant and will provide hands-on exposure to day-to-day finance operations, including accounting support, documentation, and financial administrative tasks. You will work closely with the Finance team and gain practical experience in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

As a Finance Intern, you will take charge of

• Assisting in the preparation and issuance of retail sales invoices
• Filing, organizing, and maintaining accounting and finance documents
• Supporting liquidation, reimbursement, and expense claims processes
• Assisting in accounts receivable and accounts payable tracking
• Helping ensure completeness and accuracy of financial records
• Supporting month-end and ad-hoc finance reporting tasks
• Coordinating with internal teams regarding finance-related documentation
• Performing other administrative and operational finance tasks as assigned

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Accounting, Business Administration, or a related course
• Internship must be a required internship as part of the university curriculum
• Able to commit for the full required internship period (minimum duration as required by school)
• Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Able to handle confidential financial information with integrity
• Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work in a team environment
