You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products, directly contributing to a safer, more sustainable, and autonomous future. What You Will Do

  • Providing essential support for reliability testing activities and programs, including Reliability Qualifications and the Reliability Monitor Program, for Allegro products manufactured in the Philippines.
  • Performing mechanical and visual inspections on product samples according to specified requirements and internal standards.
  • Accurately recording test results in the Reliability Test Log-sheet and maintaining the Reliability Database.
  • Notifying the Reliability Supervisor promptly of any external visual inspection rejections for validation purposes.
  • Generating comprehensive External Visual Inspection (EVI) reports using prescribed templates.
  • Participating in ongoing refresher training to maintain certification and enhance inspection expertise.
  • Managing the retention and retrieval of reliability samples and associated documentation.
  • Collaborating effectively with the Reliability Supervisor by communicating reliability-related requests, issues, and timelines, providing accurate results and data, actively participating in meetings and discussions, and assisting with customer visits when applicable.
  • Adhering strictly to Reliability Laboratory safety Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and proper waste handling protocols, supporting our Environmental Management System.
  • Contributing to the achievement of departmental goals by supporting identified Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Engaging in continuous professional development and applying new knowledge to enhance individual capabilities and strengthen team performance.

What You Will Bring

  • Current enrollment in the 3rd year of a college program or a graduate of any 2-year technical/associate's degree.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar or related position within the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in computer usage and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of External Visual Inspections.
