About the Role
We are seeking a detail oriented Admin/Bookkeeper to join our team. The Admin/Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing office and project documents, record daily financial transactions, coordinating with suppliers, assisting in procurement and inventory, handling client inquiries and maintaining accurate financial records. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel, initiative and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize office files, permits, contracts and project documents
- Coordinate with suppliers of construction materials
- Assist in procurement, purchasing and inventory tracking
- Handle and support client inquiries through phone, email and walk-in clients in a professional manner
- Record daily financial transactions (expenses, disbursements, liquidation)
- Prepare and update cash flow, petty cash and expense report
- Prepare billing, invoices and delivery monitoring
- Maintain accurate financial records for audit and reporting purposes
Qualifications
- Graduate of Business Administration, Finance of any related course
- At least 1 year experience in admin or bookkeeping (construction background is an advantage)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Honest, reliable and able to handle confidential information
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willing to work in Silang Cavite
