Job Description:
- Observes Standard of Courtesy at all times.
- Provides direct and indirect nursing care and professional nursing services in the care of patients
- Prepares patient for examinations, diagnostic tests, surgical procedures
- Administers medication as ordered observing ten rights in medication administration, monitors patients' response and documents in the medication administration record.
- Assists patients in receiving timely treatments or when undergoing specialized therapy utilizing sophisticated equipment
- Efficiently and promptly carries out doctor's order after critically analyzing them
- Communicates and accurately documents all relevant information and focus of care as assigned utilizing established standards.
- Maintains positive professional interpersonal relationship with patients and their families, co-workers and other members of the health care team
- Follows all hospital related policies and procedures and complies with Standards of Nursing Care.
- Complies with quality management policies
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php32, Php35,000.00 per month
