Checking the correctness of the Sales Invoice contents
Responsible in handling cash and check payment.
Checking the total amount through cross footing Sales Invoice
Making the Dail Sales and Collection Report and assure all information are complete.
Making an Official Receipt.
Updating and monitoring the customers' account specially account receivables, advances and customer deposits.
Checking and validating any commissions and refunds of client for approval thru their respective area accountant.
Checking the PCF notebook and attachments.
Vouching the sales report to the sales invoice if discrepancy arises.
Monitoring attendance of all staff in respective branches
