NOC Assistant - For Laguna Office

QNSI provides telecommunication services, Implementation, Planning and Optimization, Operations and Maintenance, Project Management for Major Telecommunication Vendors and Tower Companies in Philippines. Our core activities are deployments of highly competent field and back office teams in Luzon and other parts of Philippines.
Requirements
Core responsibilities
- Network monitoring: Continuously monitor network, server, and system alerts using monitoring tools to ensure network health and performance.
- Incident management: Rapidly respond to and resolve major incidents and alerts generated by monitoring tools, working within service level agreements (SLAs).
- Troubleshooting: Perform initial diagnostics and basic troubleshooting for common network or system issues, such as connectivity or latency.
- Technical support: Provide first and second-level technical support to customers via various channels like email, phone, or portal.
- Escalation: Promptly escalate incidents and abnormalities to senior engineers or appropriate support teams when necessary.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of incidents and events, assist in updating network inventory, and document support steps and resolutions.
- Collaboration: Work with the team to resolve issues and provide clear handover notes for colleagues on other shifts.
- Communication: Keep internal stakeholders informed and provide excellent customer service and communication to all clients.
