Barista/Cashier

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve quality coffee, tea, and espresso-based beverages according to recipes and standards
• Provide excellent customer service with a warm and friendly attitude
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment efficiently and safely
• Take and process customer orders accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area (bar, tables, restrooms, etc.)
• Handle cash and POS transactions
• Restock supplies and assist in inventory checks
• Follow health and safety regulations and uphold hygiene standards

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of barista or café experience preferred (but not required)
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machines is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player with a positive and professional attitude
• Can work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must be trustworthy, punctual, and responsible
