Specific position: Risk and Compliance Officer

Salary offer depends on your skills and experience and for approval of our client's management. Open budget for now.

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree
  • Willing to work on any shift and shifting schedule due to business needs
  • Amenable to work 100% onsite in Ortigas, Pasig
  • At least 3 years of experience in Risk management, internal audit, or compliance, preferably within the BPO/Fintech/Banking/Logistics sector.
    •
  • Comfortable to work in a BPO Industry
  • Certification: Professional certifications such as CAMS, CRM, or CIA are highly regarded or CRCMP/CGRC/CRMA/GCRP/CCRP
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and data.
  • S*trong communication skills are essential for negotiating and influencing stakeholders.
    • Integrity: Unwavering ethical standards and the ability to handle sensitive information with total confidentiality.*
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Can start ASAP
