About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Talentprobe Due Diligence' as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in our Central Visayas office in Cebu. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package of up to 30,000 PHP, making it an excellent opportunity for both experienced professionals and recent graduates.
What you'll be doing
- Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding our products and services
- Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up on open cases
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Continuously improving customer service processes and procedures
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in English and the local languages (Cebuano or Tagalog)
- Experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the financial services or related industry
- A positive, patient, and customer-centric attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve
