Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Leadership

  • Develop and implement warehouse and logistics strategies aligned with business goals
  • Lead and mentor warehouse and logistics teams
  • Establish operational policies, procedures, and performance standards
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost optimization

Operations Management

  • Oversee end-to-end logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution
  • Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and carriers
  • Ensure optimal utilization of warehouse space and resources

Financial Management

  • Develop and manage logistics and warehouse budgets
  • Monitor and control operational costs
  • Analyze logistics spending and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Prepare financial reports and variance analyses

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with procurement, sales, and customer service teams
  • Collaborate with IT on warehouse management system optimization
  • Support business development with logistics capabilities assessment

Performance & Analytics

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Prepare executive reports on logistics performance
  • Conduct regular business reviews with stakeholders
  • Implement data-driven decision-making processes

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required.
  • Master's Degree (Preferred): An MBA or a Master's degree in a relevant field is often preferred for a role with significant strategic and financial responsibilities.
  • Extensive Logistics Experience: A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in logistics, warehousing, and supply chain management.
  • Management Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in a management or senior leadership role, with a proven track record of leading teams, managing budgets, and driving strategy.
  • Work schedule: Monday to Saturday
  • Work location: Balintawak, Quezon City
  • Can start ASAP.
