Cleaner / Helper

The Helper / Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and sanitation in the office premises, and when required, assisting in cleaning the warehouse. The role also involves running simple errands and providing general support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of office areas, workstations, restrooms, pantry, and common areas.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, disinfecting, and trash disposal.
• Assist in warehouse cleaning and organizing as needed.
• Ensure office supplies (cleaning materials, toiletries, etc.) are adequately stocked.

Errands & Support

• Run office errands such as purchasing small items, delivering documents, or assisting in simple administrative tasks.
• Provide general support to staff and management when requested.
• Assist in setting up work areas or preparing meeting rooms when needed.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow proper cleaning and safety procedures at all times.
• Report damages, needed repairs, or safety hazards to the Admin Officer.
• Handle cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly.

• At least High School graduate or equivalent.
• Experience as a cleaner, janitor, or helper is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
• Trustworthy, responsible, and punctual.
• Willing to perform errands and flexible in handling tasks.
