We are looking for a Corporate Admin Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. 
This role involves creating and maintaining client accounts following a thorough analysis of client requests. It also requires ongoing communication with clients to identify potential concerns and develop sustainable solutions.

We are not a BPO company.

If you are detail-oriented, analytical, proficient in tools such as Excel or Google Sheets, and eager to collaborate, learn, and solve problems, this role could be an excellent fit for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and prioritize client requests, ensuring timely responses.
  • Update internal dashboards to provide real-time insights for the team.
  • Manage client accounts using our internal platform.
  • Support administrative tasks, including data entry.

What You'll Need

  • A Bachelors/College Degree in any field.
  • Must have good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented, with a problem-solving attitude and a process-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in organizing and presenting data to ensure clarity and effective communication.
  • Ability to review client requests and identify key insights.
  • Strong skills in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Open Office are a big advantage.
  • Willing to work onsite in Eastwood City, QC.
