Role Overview

In this role, you'll help shape the brand's visual identity across platforms by producing engaging multimedia content—from content shoots and reels to motion graphics and digital assets. You'll be part of a collaborative creative team that values craft, intention, and fresh ideas.


Key Responsibilities

Content Production

  • Create, shoot, and edit photo and video content for social media, campaigns, e-commerce, and lookbooks
  • Produce short-form videos (e.g. reels, behind-the-scenes, product stories) that reflect the brand's tone and style
  • Handle lighting and studio equipment setup when needed, with support from the team

Design & Motion

  • Produce motion graphics, animated visuals, and clean transitions for various platforms
  • Design digital assets such as banners, campaign materials, and visual layouts
  • Ensure consistency across all brand visuals while allowing room for creativity and growth
  • Support the conceptualization and execution of shoots—from moodboard to final edit—ensuring each piece feels true to the brand

Creative Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Creative Lead, Marketing, and Product teams to align on visual strategy
  • Join moodboarding and planning sessions to contribute ideas and creative direction
  • Take initiative in exploring new visual concepts, formats, and storytelling approaches

What We're Looking For

  • A degree in Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related creative field
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in content creation, visual design, or storytelling
  • Open to fresh graduates with excellent portfolio
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • A solid foundation in both photography and videography, with a good eye for pacing and composition
  • Experience managing small shoots and crafting content that connects with audiences
  • Awareness of social media content formats and current digital trends
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage creative timelines with focus and flexibility
  • Bonus points for familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, CapCut, or 3D software
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a collaborative, fast-moving team
