Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mobile/Flutter Developer to join our Technology & Operations team. The role involves developing and maintaining mobile product features while adhering to best practices in software engineering. You will collaborate closely with engineers, testers, and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain mobile product features using Flutter and Dart
  • Collaborate with engineers, testers, and SMEs for product delivery
  • Contribute to all stages of development: design, coding, review, and testing
  • Write unit tests and ensure proper code coverage
  • Conduct code reviews and improve coding practices
  • Document system components for maintainability
  • Integrate applications with REST APIs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder
  • Hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart for at least 3 years
  • Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and SOLID principles
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Familiarity with unit testing practices
  • Knowledge of GitLab flows and branching strategies
  • (Nice to have) Experience in native iOS/Android development and CI/CD pipelines

Work Setup & Schedule:

  • Must be amenable to onsite work in Ortigas, 3x per week
