Instrumentation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Designing, developing, and testing instrumentation and control systems. This includes selecting and specifying instruments, creating schematics and diagrams, and developing control plans using software like PLC, DCS, or SCADA.
• Installation and Commissioning: Planning, supervising, and executing the installation and commissioning of new systems.
• Maintenance and Calibration: Developing and implementing calibration and maintenance programs for instruments and control systems.
• Troubleshooting: Providing technical support to operations and maintenance teams, troubleshooting issues, and conducting root cause analysis of failures.
• Documentation: Preparing technical specifications, purchase requisitions, and documentation for instrumentation and control systems.
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, participating in design reviews, and conducting quality control procedures.
• Collaboration:Collaborating with other engineers, technologists, and stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.

Qualification:

• Education: A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Relevant experience through internships, cooperative-education programs, or previous work in instrumentation and control systems.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of physics, engineering principles, math, data management, and instrumentation software.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and develop innovative solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical information and collaborate with others.
• Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy and attention to detail is crucial for ensuring the reliability of instrumentation and control systems.
• Safety Awareness: A strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
