, you'll perform essential masonry and carpentry work—ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across our workplace.

What You Will Do

  • Ensure that 1Aviation's Vision, Mission, and Values are achieved.
  • Promote and ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, Security, and Customer Service standards based on regulations and company policies.
  • Repair, maintain, and alter buildings, offices, walls, floors, and ceilings.
  • Shape, cut, and install materials according to specifications using hand and power tools.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine materials and measurements.
  • Build or repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, and other wooden fixtures using carpentry tools.
  • Remove and replace damaged sections of structures.
  • Install windows, frames, floorings, and other fixtures.
  • Inspect ceilings, walls, and woodwork to detect structural issues.
  • Maintain records of repairs and prepare progress reports.
  • Perform minor plumbing and welding works when required.
  • Support the Supervisor, Facilities Management, in executing maintenance activities and facility projects.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment.

Educational Background
*An ideal candidate should have:*

  • At least a high school graduate or graduate of a vocational program

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction or facility maintenance
  • Skilled in both masonry and carpentry work
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License (1, 2, 3)
  • NC II in Carpentry is an advantage
  • Knowledge of construction safety and material identification
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow safety standards
