Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on hotel facilities, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Inspect and maintain equipment, identifying issues and conducting preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Assist in installation, setup, and servicing of hotel tools, machinery, appliances, and guest room equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and departments, resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Ensure all work complies with hotel standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report major issues to supervisors.
- Support other departments with technical and repair-related needs.
