  • Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer
  • Minimum experience of 4 years as Quantity Engineer, preferably horizontal projects
  • Knowledgeable on the preparation of progress report, progress billings, processing of variation orders and other claims
  • Must be well versed on the usage of contract documents
  • Familiar with all heavy and light equipment and its usage
  • Able to prepare work schedule / program of the project
  • Knowledgeable on the preparation of construction methodology
  • Able to supervise / check / oversee an office works assigned to subordinates
  • With good communication skills, oral and written
