Johnson & Johnson's Global Services (GS) Business Support division is recruiting for a Senior Finance Analyst located in Paranaque City, Manila, Philippines to provide financial planning and analysis (FP&A) support to the Global Services business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Financial Planning & Analysis support for forecast and actuals cycles (variance explanations, financial reporting and closing processes, headcount tracking) for a specific function. Lead the preparation of presentation materials for forecast updates and quarterly results packages to business partners.
Ensure consistency in approach across all APAC sites (Manila, Suzhou, LGS) in close partnership with APAC Global Functions FP&A team. Administer financial policies and control procedures, and monitor the implementation of sound internal controls. Other closing and reporting activities for GS Manila.
Ad hoc global and regional initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS:EDUCATION:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent preferred. REQUIRED:At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
Excellent oral, written and communication skills and fluent in English. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g. Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions). Willing to work on hybrid set-up.
PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES:Demonstrated experience in ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization. Strong communications, framing presentation skills; along with solid interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills. Highly motivated individual with strong forward thinking analytical skills, creating problem-solving track record, dealing with ambiguity, and intellectual curiosity.
Innovates and effects continuous improvement, challenges status quo, and has a strong interest in automation. Successful experience of working with virtual teams. PREFERRED:Experience in shared services center of a multinational corporation desirable.
