HOUSEKEEPING

1. Responsible for janitorial task such as keeping sanitation of common areas such as the

employees comfort room, administration office, conference and meeting rooms, clinic and

lobby area;

2. Supports to the upkeep of the scrap storage area, sorting of for crushing materials and

crushing of NG products;

3. Perform basic maintenance such as sweeping, gardening, watering of plants, cutting the

grass, trimming of trees, managing weeds around the premises;

4. Ensure a safe environment for staffs and clients by adhering to safety and health

regulations;

5. Responsible for collection and disposal of unnecessary wastes inside the company

premises;

6. Promotes and carryout company goals and objectives;

7. Participates in housekeeping and safety and;

8. Performs other duties as required by the Department Head.

A. Male

B. At least High school graduate;

C. Preferably with work experience in the same field;

D. Knowledge in basic carpentry and plumbing works is an advantage.

E. No police or criminal record;
