Qualifications:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage.
  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA).
  • Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting are preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Familiarity with Philippine taxation and government compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational ability.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.

The following responsibilities represent the possible scope of work for this position.

Payroll Processing:

  • Maintain and update employee payroll records.
  • Coordinate with HR for payroll-related concerns such as new hires, resignations, and adjustments.

Billing and Invoicing:

  • Prepare and issue client billings and sales invoices in accordance with company policies.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accuracy and completeness of billings.

Accounting Support:

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Record and reconcile financial transactions (e.g., cash disbursements, journal entries, etc.).
  • Maintain orderly financial filing systems (manual and digital).

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure all accounting activities comply with BIR regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in preparation of BIR reports and filings such as VAT, Expanded Withholding Tax, and Income Tax Returns.
  • Help in internal and external audit requirements.

Other Administrative Duties:

  • Support the Accounting Officer in daily operations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
