Telecom Rigger

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Telecom Rigger to support the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of telecom towers and equipment. The role involves working at heights, handling rigging operations, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met during site activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, align, and secure antennas, microwave dishes, and other telecom equipment on towers or rooftops.
• Perform rigging and lifting operations safely according to approved methods and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards.
• Conduct installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of telecom systems and cables.
• Ensure proper segregation between traffic, pedestrian, and work areas for safe operations.
• Conduct daily safety checks and participate in risk assessments before starting site work.
• Maintain tools, lifting gear, and rigging equipment in good working condition.
• Report any site hazards, equipment issues, or incidents immediately.
• Support site engineers and supervisors in achieving project milestones.
• Ensure all work is completed according to design specifications and customer standards.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and submit reports as required.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of experience as a Telecom Rigger or related field.
• TESDA certification or equivalent training in rigging, tower climbing, or related discipline is an advantage.
• Physically fit and confident working at heights.
• Knowledge of telecom equipment, fiber/cable handling, and antenna installation preferred.
• Strong awareness of EHS and safe work practices.
• Willing to travel and work on-site in various project locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php21,000.00 per month
