The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of the project. The role involves coordinating with contractors, monitoring construction quality, managing site operations, and adhering to safety standards. The Site Engineer will work closely with the Project Manager to manage resources, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Must be a licensed Civil Engineer. Additional certifications in construction management or related areas are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in site engineering or construction management. Proven track record of working on mixed-use, infrastructure, or large-scale real estate development projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction software tools, including AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant software. Strong knowledge of construction methods, building materials, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Certifications: Completion of relevant safety training programs or certifications (e.g., Construction Occupational Safety and Health).
• Engineering Knowledge: Solid understanding of engineering principles, construction techniques, and regulatory compliance in real estate development.
• Integrity: Demonstrates honesty and strong ethical principles in all actions and decisions.
• Proactivity: Takes initiative and acts decisively to address challenges and opportunities.
• Commitment to Excellence: Strives for high standards of performance and continuous improvement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
