Job Description – Company Driver/ Messenger

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Safe & Efficient Transportation

  2. Safely transport employees, executives, clients, and goods to designated locations in a timely manner.

  3. Plan and follow the most efficient routes, considering traffic and road conditions.

  4. Ensure punctual pick-ups and drop-offs as per company schedules.

  5. Vehicle Maintenance & Safety Compliance

  6. Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance checks on company vehicles (e.g., oil, fuel, brakes, tire pressure).

  7. Report any mechanical issues or required repairs to the appropriate department.

  8. Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained at all times.

  9. Compliance & Documentation

  10. Adhere to all traffic laws, road regulations, and company policies regarding vehicle usage.

  11. Maintain an accurate logbook of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption.

  12. Ensure that vehicle registration, insurance, and other required documents are up to date.

  13. Support for Company Operations

  14. Assist in loading and unloading deliveries, parcels, and other company materials when necessary.

  15. Provide assistance to employees or clients during transport when required.
  16. Perform other driving-related tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid professional driver's license (Restriction 1, 2, and 3 or higher).
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a professional or company driver.
  • Familiarity with navigation apps, traffic regulations, and major routes in Metro Manila, BGC, Pasay and within NCR.

Technical & Soft Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent driving skills and defensive driving techniques.
  • Good time management and reliability.
  • Strong attention to safety and road regulations.
  • Professional, courteous, and able to interact well with employees and clients.
