Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote and sell products to customers in retail settings.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, product features, and benefits.
  • Demonstrate proper product usage or application when applicable.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the display area.
  • Ensure products are well-stocked, properly priced, and neatly arranged.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or issues to supervisors.
  • Coordinate with the store staff and company representatives for promotional events or updates.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and product reception.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare daily or weekly sales reports as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college level or graduate is a plus).
  • Proven experience in retail or sales is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented.
  • Ability to stand for long hours and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles.
  • Willing to be deployed in Ortigas Branch.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
