Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join our team. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting operations, with a strong focus on monitoring and reconciling daily sales transactions. The ideal candidate must demonstrate professionalism, accuracy, and integrity in financial reporting, while supporting the overall efficiency of the accounting department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and reconcile daily sales transactions.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Coordinate with operations and other departments to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good work attitude, trustworthy, and proactive in handling daily sales data.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php20,000.00 per month
