BRIEF DESCRIPTION:

The Management Training Program is a 6-month comprehensive training initiative that will equip our Management Trainees with necessary knowledge and skill sets to become future specialists and leaders of the organization. There are 2 tracks to the MT Program namely: Trade Marketing Analytics and Corporate Brand Marketing.

Each MT will go through each track and after the training period will be assigned to a department where his/her talents will be fully maximized.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Trade Marketing & Analytics

  • Manages marketing promotions and below the line trade events.
  • Conducts market research and competitor analysis to support the development of promotional campaigns to driving sales and increase brand visibility.
  • Gathers and analyzes sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior to optimize trade marketing activities.
  • Monitors and evaluates the impact and effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives and promotions.
  • Creates trade marketing materials, such as product presentations, sales collateral, and promotional materials, ensuring they are aligned with brand guidelines and tailored to target audience preferences.

Corporate Brand Marketing

  • Event and Campaign Support - supports planning and execution of brand-building and lead generation events
  • Social Media Management - develops, organizes, and publishes content across the company's social media platforms to build brand awareness
  • Customer Service Support - assists in managing brand reputation by responding to customer inquiries and complaints across owned platforms
  • Market Research - monitors competitor activity and industry trends to support corporate branding and marketing initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Administration, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Communications or any related course.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
