Work Location: Ortigas, Pasig

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to lead the end-to-end design, build, testing, and deployment of new company codes in SAP. This role partners closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality FI/CO/FSCM solutions, ensure smooth UAT and production releases, and provide post-go-live stabilization support.


Key Responsibilities

SAP Solution Design & Delivery

  • Lead business requirement analysis for new company code implementation.
  • Prepare and facilitate SAP FICO project blueprints; drive stakeholder review and approval.
  • Configure SAP FI/CO/FSCM based on approved business requirements.
  • Prepare configuration documents and functional specifications.

Testing & Deployment

  • Perform Unit Testing and System Integration Testing (SIT).
  • Coordinate transport movements to QAS and Production environments.

  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including:

  • Ensuring correct SAP roles and derived roles for business users

  • Supporting business testing and issue resolution
  • Secure UAT sign-off and prepare Change Advisory Board (CAB) documentation.

Go-Live & Support

  • Support SAP Production Go-Live and provide 1-month hypercare.
  • Ensure stabilization of SAP solutions post-implementation.
  • Address day-to-day queries from end users and stakeholders.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer to FICO AMS teams.
  • Manage and coordinate deliverables from third-party AMS providers.

Tools & Governance

  • Ensure all required documentation, approvals, and controls are in place.
  • Exposure to testing tools such as SAP Cloud ALM, HP ALM, or Tosca is an advantage.

Job Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience

  • 6–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation and configuration

    OR completion of at least 3 end-to-end SAP FICO implementations.
  • Experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles and end-to-end financial processes.

  • Proven experience in:

  • Fit-gap analysis

  • SAP configuration and enhancements
  • Troubleshooting, testing, and training
  • Solid knowledge of SAP software lifecycle and documentation standards (Blueprints, FS, test scripts, user guides, process flows).
  • Experience with SAP system upgrades, patches, and testing methodologies.
  • Knowledge of SAP FICO integrations with other SAP and non-SAP systems.

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, vendors, and AMS teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
